Our Surrogate Program
One of the most considerable gifts you can give is to help a family have the baby they have always wanted. At Family Creations, we can help you to do this through our experienced and dedicated surrogate program.
As you navigate the surrogate pregnancy process, we’ll be there to guide you through each step. We can guarantee that you’ll receive the personalized attention you deserve from start to finish so that your experience will be an extremely fulfilling one. Our goal is to be sure each one of our surrogates can look back on their journey and feel great about it for the rest of their lives.
Surrogate Program
If you’re interested in becoming a surrogate, our team at Family Creations will walk you through the application and interview process. Through these stages, we’ll provide you with plenty of details so that you will know everything you can expect to experience as a surrogate.
Once you are accepted into our surrogate program, we’ll work with you to match you with the perfect intended parent. We will facilitate a match meeting so everyone can get to know each other before signing any agreements. Once your match is official, you will be assigned a case manager who will guide you through your surrogate journey from match to pregnancy to birth and beyond. With Family Creations, you’ll enjoy full support throughout every step of your surrogate pregnancy.
To become a surrogate with Family Creations, you must be within the age range of 21 to 39. We are proud to welcome surrogates from an extensive list of states where surrogacy is either legally recognized, surrogacy-friendly, or surrogacy-accommodating. This inclusivity underscores our commitment to supporting the journey of surrogacy across a diverse legal landscape. Our current list of eligible states includes:
Surrogacy-Friendly States:
- California

These states are known for their supportive stance towards surrogacy, offering a legal framework that permits surrogacy for all parents, enables pre-birth orders throughout the state, and allows both parents to be named on the birth certificate. This supportive legal environment ensures that surrogacy processes are conducted with clarity and security, benefiting all involved parties.

These states, while varying in the specifics of their legal frameworks, practice surrogacy with certain allowances and protections for surrogacy agreements. Some may require additional legal procedures post-birth, but they maintain a stance that accommodates surrogacy, making them viable options for surrogates and intended parents alike.
In contrast, a few states like Louisiana have more restrictive laws concerning surrogacy, highlighting the importance of navigating surrogacy journeys with awareness of and respect for state-specific legal landscapes.
